[Free Parking & City View] Capitolina Apartment

Great view, the apartment standard slightly disappointing for the price Positive: The location is really good, although it’s up a hill - but I think still worth it for the view. The balcony with the view is amazing, better than the photos. The apartment is nicely decorated and the air conditioning is good. Negative: - We stayed only 4 days (5 nights) but still had to buy the supplies: trash bags, detergents for the dishwasher and to clean the surfaces, basics for the kitchen like salt, additional toilet paper etc. I travel quite a lot this way and thought this was already standard for short term stays as I never had to worry about basic shopping before. If the apartment is meant for long term stays, then I also find it weird there was no iron/ironing board - The washing machine was broken (which the host might not have known about, to be fair), the drying rack as well. - The kitchen cabinet doors are not in good shape - The host never replied to a couple of my messages and questions, which were not crucial but still didn’t leave a good impression. - The garage - as someone said before, the way it closes our car also barely fit 1cm from the wall (Mazda CX-60) and a very slightly bigger one might not fit at all.

In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sie ist sauber und die Betten sind bequem. Positive: Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen und ruhigen Umgebung. Zu Fuß ist man in etwa 15 Minuten im Zentrum. Besonders praktisch ist der eigene Parkplatz. Außerdem kann nicht einfach jeder das Haus betreten, da man dafür einen Schlüssel oder einen Zugangscode benötigt. Negative: Wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind, hört man das Stadtleben und die Möwen. Wenn es im Sommer sehr warm ist, muss man auch nachts die Klimaanlage laufen lassen, da es sonst in der Wohnung ziemlich heiß wird.

It's a place where you know you'll return :) Positive: Beautiful appratment with balcony - perfect view! It was clean it had airconditioner, the owners were friendly and helpfull. It's also perfect if you are travelling by car - there is a private parking in parking garage!
